Accelerated Viewer is an AI-powered learning platform that turns any movie or TV show into an interactive quiz — 45 questions across three difficulty tiers (easy, medium, and hard). Anyone can generate a quiz; everyone can take it, compete on leaderboards, and earn XP. Our mission is to make the shows you already love a way to learn, not just watch.
Our Story
Accelerated Viewer launched in 2024, built by founder Austin Howe in partnership with Claude, Anthropic's AI. Instead of generic flashcards, it generates quizzes grounded in the specific movie or show you pick — multiple-choice, multi-select, ordering, matching, fill-in-the-blank, and true/false. It's free to start, with leaderboards, achievements, streaks, and public profiles already live and premium features in progress.
