These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Accelerated Viewer (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Accelerated Viewer. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

We use passwordless, magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for: - Keeping access to the email address associated with your account - All activity that occurs under your account - Providing accurate information and keeping your profile up to date - Not sharing your account or sign-in links with others Accounts are for individual use. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Accelerated Viewer is a shared, community platform. Quizzes you generate, along with your public profile details and leaderboard standings, may be visible to other users. You are responsible for the content you create, upload (such as a profile image), or share, and you must have the right to do so. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

Quizzes are generated automatically using third-party AI models (including OpenAI). AI-generated questions and answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are provided for learning and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for the original works or for authoritative reference, and should not be relied upon as fact. We apply automated moderation to generated content and to material you submit, but we cannot guarantee that all content is accurate or appropriate. Please report anything that appears incorrect or violates these Terms.

When using Accelerated Viewer, you agree not to: - Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users - Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit material - Attempt to bypass content moderation, rate limits, or security controls - Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data, or overload the Service - Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Movie and television metadata and imagery are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and are subject to TMDB's terms; this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Film and television titles, artwork, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Quizzes reference these works for educational and commentary purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Some provisions, by their nature, survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Accelerated Viewer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
