Debbie D stars as Jesse Biggs, a young woman who has gotten her revenge against the hospital administrator, Sandy (Laura Giglio) Wells, who sold Jesse’s sister’s place in line for a needed heart transplant. But now, Sandy’s accomplice, Laura (Tracey Lixx) Ames is looking into her partner’s disappearance.
