Blackout is a movie that highlights the lack of electricity in Nigeria. For many years, life has been disrupted for the majority of Nigerians who rely on NEPA "PHCN" for their electricity. Madam Shan, an outspoken businesswoman and activist leads a fresh protest movement that rapidly gains public support all across the nation; but sadly, she is brutally assassinated.
