Just outside of the luxurious ski resort town of Sun Valley, in Bellevue, Idaho, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Unega Mountain Dog Rescue, rescues and rehabilitates Livestock Guardian Dogs that have been abandoned and left behind. In Blaine County, these dogs are primarily used by ranchers to protect Sheep in the mountains.
