Alfred is a young man who lives on the edge both financially and morally as a self-taught freelance journalist with a knack for writing about other people’s misfortunes. When he inherits his late father’s dilapidated house in Western Jutland, he meets Frederik—a young man caught between his faith and his sexuality.
