Sex offender Carl Gatliss is paroled with a tiny camera implanted behind his retina to monitor his every move and send it back to probation officers Esther and Ken,who are watching on a screen. After he breaks parole by visiting his victim to make amends Ken wants him returned to prison but Esther prevents it.
