Grégoire Viau is a Canadian documentary filmmaker, writer, presenter and translator. He has directed and written hundreds of documentary productions, including How It’s Made, Étapes gourmandes and programs exploring history, culture, travel and the environment. Viau also co-directed the 2025 documentary Joyal.
